We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Trainer specializing in Offensive Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in OWASP Top 10, Network Penetration Testing, API Penetration Testing, Mobile Penetration Testing, and Active Directory Penetration Testing. The trainer will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge training, enabling participants to tackle real-world offensive security challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive and interactive training on OWASP Top 10, Network Penetration Testing, API Penetration Testing, Mobile Penetration Testing, and Active Directory Penetration Testing.
- Design and maintain up-to-date training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments, reflecting the latest threats and techniques in offensive security.
- Provide practical demonstrations of penetration testing techniques, tools, and methodologies, including real-world scenarios.
- Tailor training content to match various skill levels, from beginners to advanced security professionals.
- Stay updated on offensive security tools, trends, and attack vectors, integrating them into training modules.
- Create and facilitate Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges, threat simulations, and gamified learning experiences.
- Guide and mentor participants on career development, offering additional resources for continued learning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Offensive Security with a focus on Penetration Testing.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts into understandable terms.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, BloodHound, Wireshark, and OWASP ZAP etc.
- Proven experience in vulnerability assessments and applying penetration testing techniques in Active Directory environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in offensive security techniques like Pentesting and Vulnerability Assessment
- Familiarity with red teaming or bug bounty programs.
- Experience conducting CTF challenges or developing offensive security training modules.
