Terms and conditions for Placement Assistance service
1.Completion of Training Program
The candidate must successfully complete the training program to be eligible for
placement assistance. This may include passing assessments, attending a minimum of 80% of classes, or
fulfilling other academic requirements.
2.Eligibility Criteria
Candidates may need to meet certain qualifications or skill levels post-training to
receive placement support. For instance, they might need to:
Score a minimum percentage or grade in final assessments.
Complete all projects or practical assignments.
Pass any relevant certification exams.
3.Placement Assistance Duration
Placement support is typically offered for a limited period after the completion of
the training program (i.e. 6 Months). The candidate should actively seek opportunities during this time
frame to benefit from the assistance.
4.Active Participation
Candidates are often required to actively engage in job search efforts. This could
involve:
Applying to jobs as suggested by the placement cell or coordinator.
Responding to job opportunities and attending interviews scheduled by the placement
team.
5.No Job Guarantee
We are offering **placement assistance** which does not equate to a guaranteed job.
The assistance is generally in the form of resume reviews, interview preparation, and job referrals, but
securing a position is ultimately the candidate’s responsibility.
6.Geographical and Industry Limitations
Placement opportunities may be limited to certain industries, regions, or companies.
The candidates might have to be flexible with job location and role expectations.
7.Job Role Flexibility
The roles offered through placement assistance may not always align perfectly with
the candidate’s expectations. Candidates may need to be open to different roles or industries within the
scope of their skills
8.Candidate Background
Candidates’ educational background, prior work experience, and performance in the
training program may influence the type of job opportunities available to them through placement
assistance.
9.Candidate Conduct
Professional behaviour during the job application process is typically mandatory. If
a candidate fails to attend scheduled interviews or behaves unprofessionally, they may forfeit their
eligibility for further assistance.
10.Rejections and Multiple Opportunities
If a candidate rejects multiple job offers or performs poorly in several interviews,
they may no longer receive assistance, There will be 3 attempts and after 3rd rejection, we shall
discontinue the assistance service.
11.Documentation Requirements
Candidates may be required to provide certain documents, such as updated resumes,
certifications, and identification proofs, before being considered for placement assistance.
12.Candidate Availability
If a candidate is unable to attend a scheduled interview, they must inform us in
advance. This will help us manage the process more effectively and ensure professionalism from the
candidates' side .

Also If a candidate is temporarily unavailable for job placements (due to personal reasons, exams, etc.),
they should notify the placement team in advance to avoid any disruptions in the process.
